These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which the company operates, with the competent courts there having jurisdiction. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and text displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to the company and may not be copied, used, or modified without prior written permission. Automated tools for scraping or harvesting content for commercial or analytical purposes are prohibited.
